  1. My Dear M.Phil Holders .I would like to inform you.that the previous decision was taken merely on the basis of interim report (14-06-06) of Prof. Mungekar. This decision was completely against the supreme court order 1994 and National Education Policy 1986. and we can't go beyond supreme court..if any exemption has been made in previous,. is illegal..Moreover,M.Phil was introduced in the system as a foundation course for Ph.D. so think honestly how can a one year degree can replace National level test..Moreover UGC has given the exemption to all qualitative Ph.D and this decision must be appreciated.. ..we live in competitive world and Higher education needs quality on which there should be no compromise. To protect the degradation in the quality of higher education, which is one of the most important pillars towards building a civilized society, we shouldn't have given the exemption to M.Phil holders at all.Higher.Lacs of M.Phil have been submitted either illegally or with distant mode. Do you really think the ppl who can't clear a exam that is based on same subject after 6-7 attempts. are they deserve to enter in the system,we can imagine what kind of result they will produce..?.its really ridiculous... .now nothing can be happened as UGC/HRD have understand the discrepancy and are adamant to improve the quality of higher education. .I also request to all Ph.D ppl just read notification carefully...they don't need to clear NET if they publish at least one paper in journal. so please think again about it and don't waste your time ,energy and money and justify your self either clearing NET exam or finishing PhD if you really want to enter in academics..

  5. You really make it appear so easy together with your presentation but I to find this matter to be actually something that I
think I might never understand. It seems too complex and very wide for me.
I'm taking a look ahead in your subsequent put up, I
will attempt to get the hold of it!
