जिन्दगी की दौड़ में 

तुम्हारा हाथ हांथों से  छूट जाने के बाद 

मैं हांफता रहा

अपनी आँखों से

 तुम्हे दूर जाता हुआ देखता रहा.

तुम्हारे बाद भी 

 तुम्हारे लिए ही 

 पूरी ताकत से दौड़ता रहा

 पर तुम कंही ना मिली .

वीरान रास्तों पर

अब भी चलता जा रहा हूँ 

तुझे सोचते हुवे 

 तुझे चाहते हुवे

 तुम्हारी उम्मीद में

तुम्हारी ही तलाश में

एक ऐसी तलाश जिसमे 

 जुस्तजू के अलावां

 और कुछ भी नहीं 

खुद को छलने के सिवा 

 और कुछ भी नहीं.

 इसके पहले भी कई विदेश यात्राएँ कर चुकी हैं. 

मेरी हर बात अब निरर्थक है

न जाने क्यों 

 अब जब भी तुमसे   बात करता हूँ 

बहुत उदास हो जाता हूँ.

तुम वही हो

वैसी ही हो

पर शायद वो वक्त कंही पीछे छूट गया है 

 जिसमे हम साथ जीते थे .

सपने देखते थे.

 लड़ते -झगड़ते थे.

पर एक रहते थे.

 कितना मासूम हूँ

 जो यह सोचता हूँ कि

तुम आज भी वंही खड़ी होगी 

 मेरे इन्तजार में 
.

 फिर अचानक तुमसे बात करते हुवे 

एहसास होने लगता है कि

 तुम जा चुकी हो

वंहा जन्हा

  मेरी हर बात अब निरर्थक है.

मैं शायद समय के साथ 

बदल नहीं पा रहा हूँ खुद को 

 वरना तुम्हारी तमाम बेवफाइयों के बाद  भी

 तुम्हे चाहने का सबब क्या है ?

 कभी-कभी मुश्किल होता है-

 कविता लिखने  से भी जादा .

उस दिन मैंने यूं ही कहा कि- 

काश ! तुमसी कोई दूसरी

 मेरी जिन्दगी में फिर आ जाती तो ,

जिंदगी का लुफ्त बदल जाता . 

इसपर तुमने गुस्साते हुवे कहा-

तुम्हारी जिन्दगी में ऐसा कुछ नहीं होनेवाला ,

 क्योंकि मेरी जैसी कोई मिल भी गयी तो,

 तुम तो वही रहोगे .

            आज  शनिवार दिनांक ६ अगस्त २०११ को  जूनिअर कालेज क़ी तरफ से भाषा भारती कार्यक्रम का उदघाटन किया गया. इस कार्यक्रम में हिंदी विषय के वक्ता के रूप में के.सी.कालेज के हिंदी विभागाध्यक्ष और वर्तमान में हिंदी अध्ययन मंडल मुंबई विद्यापीठ के अध्यक्ष डॉ. शीतला प्रसाद दुबे जी उपस्थित थे. आप ने अपने वक्तव्य में हिंदी के माध्यम से रोजगार के अवसरों क़ी चर्चा करते हुवे भाषाई झगड़ों क़ी निंदा क़ी .

PLEASE NOTE

It would not be possible for the Centre to consider a candidate who does not submit all the in formation asked for. With the limited space available at present, only the Associate and not any of his or her family members can be accommodated at the IUC. Teachers selected Associates will come to the IUC for a period of ranging from one to three months. They would continue to draw salaries from their own institutions, but the IUC will defray the traveling expense and pay maintenance allowance of Rs. 200/- per day. The average expense on board and lodging at the IUC comes to about Rs. 3000/-a month.
