भोजन केवल पोषण का साधन नहीं, बल्कि संस्कृति, पहचान, सत्ता, स्मृति, जाति, वर्ग, लिंग और सामाजिक संबंधों का एक महत्त्वपूर्ण विमर्श है। इसी बहुआयामी विषय पर मौलिक एवं अप्रकाशित शोध आलेख आमंत्रित हैं।

📌 आलेख हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेज़ी—दोनों में से किसी भी भाषा में भेजे जा सकते हैं।

Food is much more than nourishment—it is deeply connected with culture, identity, memory, power, gender, class, caste, religion, and social relations. Original and unpublished research papers are invited for an edited academic volume on this interdisciplinary theme.

✅ Papers may be submitted in either Hindi or English.
