1. The application for a programme must reach the office at least one month prior to the commencement of the programme.
2. Selection will be made strictly in accordance with the guidelines of the UGC and the decisions taken by the Advisory Committee from time to time.
3. In case of more number of eligible candidates than the available seats, the selection will be made on first come first basis by giving due representation to all the states.
