About the Author

This is the first ghazal collection of Dr. Manish Kumar Mishra. His two poetry collections and one story collection have already been published. He has also received the prestigious Sant Namdev Award of Maharashtra State Hindi Sahitya Academy for his poems. This ghazal collection ‘Hosh Par Malaal Hai’ includes a total of 105 ghazals. Through these ghazals, the concepts of life and relationships go beyond words and meaning and express thoughts and feelings in a multidimensional form. Somewhere in these ghazals there is an atmosphere of calm and dark colors and somewhere there is a thirst for love in the collage of memories. A new path keeps alive the hope of a new world of light even in dark times. In today's glittering and pompous times, the simplicity, gentleness and ease with which Manish says ghazals seems to be a reflection of his personality.
